Japan’s Iyogin, Ehime Bank in final stages of merger talks, Nikkei reports

Japanese lenders Iyogin Holdings , the parent company of Iyo ​Bank, and Ehime Bank are in the final ‌stages of discussing a merger, the Nikkei newspaper reported on Friday.
