2020 Olympics: Hong Kong’s government must step in if we want to watch Tokyo Games on television

Government should not use taxpayers’ money to pay US$70 million cost of TV rights, but must encourage Hong Kong’s business sector to step in and pay the broadcasting rights fee for the Tokyo Olympics.
