Central is no match for Gangnam’s style as Seoul tops Hong Kong in EY ranking of global business districts

Central fell two places to 13th in an index compiled by EY and the Urban Land Institute as new entrants Gangnam and the financial districts of Toronto and San Francisco overtook it.
