Japan to abandon daylight saving time for 2020 Olympics: Asahi

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan will not introduce daylight saving time for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo because public opinion is against the proposal, the Asahi Newspaper reported on Thursday.
