For this month’s installment of Chef’s Choice, Thompson chose Nagoya Japanese Cuisine, 711 W. 23rd St., Suite 24, which sits inconspicuously within The Malls shopping center, right next door to the Ace Hardware location at 19th and Louisiana streets.
