Japan, Canada vow to ‘maximize pressure’ on North Korea through Vancouver talks

VANCOUVER (Kyodo) — Japan and Canada agreed Monday that the international community needs to demonstrate solidarity to “maximize pressure” on North Korea through a foreign ministerial meeting Tuesday on addressing North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs.
