Ex-Moritomo Gakuen chief arrested over subsidy fraud

OSAKA–Prosecutors arrested the former head of private school … found that the school operator purchased state-owned land in Toyonaka from the Kinki Local Finance Bureau of the Finance Ministry in June 2016 for just 14 percent of its appraised value.
