Japan police have obtained arrest warrants for two Chinese women after Meiji Shrine in central Tokyo was vandalised earlier this month with an oily liquid. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police said Piao Jinyu and Piao Shanai, both 49, are suspected of vandalising …
