Japan’s CRE readies listing of logistics facility REIT

TOKYO — Property manager CRE’s real estate investment trust specializing in logistics facilities will list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as early as the year ending in July 2018, aiming to secure capital for development projects via property sales to the trust.
